On May 18, 2017, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (the
Company) and IronPlanet Holdings, Inc. (IronPlanet) issued a
joint press release announcing that the U.S. Department of
Justice has granted termination of the waiting period under the
Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended,
in connection with the Companys proposed acquisition of
IronPlanet.
