(the “Company”) and the two healthcare focused institutional investors who participated in the Company’s registered direct offering that was announced on November 26, 2018 settled a dispute that had arisen between them prior to the closing of the registered direct offering. In connection with the settlement, the Company made a payment to each Purchaser in the amount of $350,000.
