On May 15, 2017, the Company published an updated IR Fact Sheet on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website located at http://investor.realpage.com/. This updated IR Fact Sheet corrects a typographical error in the IR Fact Sheet published on May 4, 2017 under the heading “Annual Contract Value-Non-GAAP On Demand Annual Customer Value,” which reflected Organic ACV Growth (QTD) for the first quarter of 2017 of 8% whereas the correct number is 11%.
