On November 16, 2018, Real Goods Solar, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”), notifying the Company that Nasdaq staff determined that the Company regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) based on the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2018 showing stockholder’s equity of $6,639,000.
As previously reported, on September 28, 2018, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq notifying the Company that it no longer complied with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) due to the Company’s failure to maintain a minimum of $2,500,000 in stockholders’ equity or meet the alternatives of market value of listed securities or net income from continuing operations. The Company reported stockholders’ equity of ($123,000) in its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2018.
