On June 12, 2017, David Belluck, the chairman of the Company’s board of directors, informed Real Goods Solar, Inc. (the “Company”) that he would not seek reelection at the Company’s 2017 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Belluck’s decision not to stand for reelection to the Company’s board of directors was not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter.
