On March 2, 2018, we submitted a plan to Nasdaq as to how we plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing requirements under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). Although we intend to regain compliance by filing our Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, as soon as is practicable, we were required to submit a compliance plan on or prior to March 5, 2018. We presently intend to file our Form 10-Q on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
The submission of our compliance plan has no immediate effect on the listing of our common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
