As previously disclosed, on May 17 and August 12, 2019, the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notified us that we no longer met the periodic filing requirement for Nasdaq under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”). On October 3, 2019, Nasdaq notified us that, based on the September 24, 2019 filing of our quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 2019 and June 30, 2019, it has determined that we have regained compliance with the Rule, and that this matter is now closed with Nasdaq.
