On August 13, 2018, Raven Industries, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Ms. Janet L. Matthiesen, the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources has announced her upcoming retirement from the Company effective in April 2019. The Company expects to announce an internal successor later this year.
