On September15, 2017, Prudential Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) closed the sale of $750,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 4.500% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Junior Subordinated Notes due 2047 (the “Junior Subordinated Notes”).
