Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:PSEC) Files An 8-K Other Events
On July 29, 2019, Prospect Capital Corporation (the “Company”) announced the expiration and final results of a cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) by the Company to purchase any and all of its $224,114,000 aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Company’s 4.75% Senior Convertible Notes due 2020 (CUSIP No. 74348TAQ5) (the “Notes”). As of the expiration of the Tender Offer, $32,948,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes, representing approximately 14.70% of the outstanding Notes, were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn to the Tender Offer.
