On March 31, 2017, Premier Financial Bancorp, Inc. (“Premier”) executed a five-year extension of its data processing agreement with Fidelity Information Services, Inc. and its affiliates (“FIS”) located in Jacksonville, Florida. The extension agreement became effective on April 1, 2017 and covers Premier’s core data processing, item processing, mobile and internet banking services, network services, customer authentication services, and electronic funds transfer services. The data processing agreement shall remain in effect until March 31, 2022 and provides for automatic five-year extensions after that date.
