Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 13, 2017, it was announced that Don Houston, Senior Vice
President, Sales of Plantronics, Inc. (Plantronics or the
Company), would assume the role of Senior Vice President, New
Business Sales effective April 1, 2017. In this new role, he will
focus on bringing new technologies to market. As a result of this
change in his role and responsibilities, the board of directors
of the Company determined that Mr. Houston would no longer
qualify as an executive officer of the Company as defined under
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
