By notice dated July 13, 2017, Don Houston’s employment with Plantronics, Inc. (the “Company”) ceased effective July 17, 2017. Mr. Houston was formerly an executive officer of the Company,as defined under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, but ceased being an executive officer effective April 1, 2017.
