On March 3, 2017, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K reporting that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company elected Ron Huberman to the Board on March 1, 2017, but as of that date Mr. Huberman had not been named to any Board committees.
The Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the Form 8-K to report that on May 1, 2017, the Board appointed Mr. Huberman to the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
