On April 1, 2019, Claire H. Babrowski notified Pier 1 Imports, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intent not to stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s upcoming annual meeting of shareholders.She will serve her remaining term through the annual meeting.There are no disagreements between Ms. Babrowski and the Company.
