Perfumania Holdings, Inc. is a wholesale distributor and retailer of perfumes and fragrances. The Company conducts its business its subsidiaries, Perfumania, Inc. (Perfumania), Quality King Fragrance, Inc. (QFG), Scents of Worth, Inc. (SOW), Perfumania.com, Inc. (Perfumania.com), Five Star Fragrance Company, Inc.
