On December14, 2017, Performance Food Group Company (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Prior Report”) reporting the appointment of Manuel A. Fernandez to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. At the time of the Prior Report, Mr.Fernandez’s committee assignments had not been determined by the Board.
