PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”) today announced that Sanjeev Chadha, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo’s Asia, Middle East and North Africa (“AMENA”) division, will assume the role of Chairman of AMENA effective January 1, 2018 and is expected to retire from PepsiCo at the end of the first quarter of 2018. Mike Spanos, who is currently leading the AMENA division on an interim basis in addition to his responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Greater China region, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of AMENA, effective January 1, 2018.
