Item 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

As previously announced, the Company hosted a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday June27, 2018 to review the impacts of Accounting Standards Update No. 2014-09, “Revenue from Contracts with Customers” or Accounting Standards Codification Topic 606 (“ASC 606”) and certain other items. To supplement this discussion, the Company prepared a presentation setting forth information regarding the impact of ASC 606 and certain other items on the Company’s financial results for the fiscal years ended May31, 2018 (“fiscal 2018”) and May31, 2017 (“fiscal 2017”), along with each fiscal quarter within fiscal 2018. The presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
