Mr. Eric S. Lillybeck, Senior Vice President, Controller of Pattern Energy Group Inc. (the “Company”), who serves as the Company’s principal accounting officer, is retiring from the Company effective November 15, 2016. Mr. Michael J. Lyon, the chief financial officer of the Company, will assume the role of principal accounting officer in addition to his role as the principal financial officer.
