On November 30, 2018, Simone Lagomarsino resigned from the Boards of Directors of Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pacific Premier Bank (the “Bank”), effective immediately. Ms. Lagomarsino’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company concerning any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
