On July 15, 2019, Overstock.com, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release in which its CEO and Founder, Patrick M. Byrne, reported on the status of the Company, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Medici Ventures, Inc., and the Company’s indirectly held majority-owned subsidiary tZERO Group, Inc., and also reported on certain other matters.
