Mark R. Stauffer, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Orion Group Holdings, Inc., has entered into 10b5-1 Option Exercise and Sales Plans with a third party broker executed as of March 15, 2018. This agreement commences on April 16, 2018 and will terminate on the earlier of alternatives listed in Item 2 of this agreement. A copy of this agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1* as incorporated by reference.

*Certain schedules to the agreement have been omitted to Item 601(b)2 of Regulation S-K. The registrant will furnish supplementally a copy of any omitted schedules to the Securities and Exchange Commission upon request.
