On March31, 2017, ORBCOMM issued a press release announcing the
pricing by ORBCOMM of the private offering of $250million
aggregate principal amount of its 8.0% senior secured notes due
2024 (the Notes). The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior
secured basis by certain of ORBCOMMs domestic subsidiaries. The
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
