Arrangements of Certain Officers
On November13, 2016, Douglas G. Watson retired as a Director and
Chairman of the Board of Directors (the Board) of OraSure
Technologies, Inc. (the Company).
On November14, 2016, Stephen S. Tang, Ph.D. was appointed as
Chairman of the Board to fill the vacancy left by Mr.Watsons
retirement. Dr.Tang has been serving as a Director since April
2011.
A press release dated November15, 2016 announcing Mr.Watsons
retirement and Dr.Tangs appointment as Chairman of the Board, as
well as certain other changes to Board assignments, is attached
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated by reference
herein.
