On April 17, 2017, ONEOK, Inc. (ONEOK) and ONEOK Partners, L.P. (ONEOK Partners) announced they will release their first-quarter 2017 earnings after the market closes on May 2, 2017, and will hold a joint conference call and live webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10 a.m. Central Daylight Time) on May 3, 2017. The call also will be carried live on the ONEOK and ONEOK Partners websites. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
