Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 19, 2017, we announced plans to expand our Mid-Continent natural gas liquids gathering system and our existing Sterling III Pipeline. We expect to invest approximately $130 million for these projects, which are expected to be complete by the end of 2018. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

(ONEOK Partners), a master limited partnership engaged in the gathering, processing, storage and transportation of natural gas in the United States.
