On July 10, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that the proposals related the proposed merger with NeuBase were approved by the Company’s stockholders at the Special Meeting. Additional Information about the Proposed Merger and Where to Find It

In connection with the proposed merger, the Company has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) a registration statement on Form S-4 that contains a joint proxy statement/prospectus.
