On April 10, 2017 the Company entered into a non-binding
Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Air Cuba Corporation,
www.air-cuba.com. The transaction is contemplated a share
exchange with total consideration paid totaling $1,050,000. The
closing of the transaction is anticipated to occur by May 20,
2017.
