On November 22, 2016, Dr. Jon N. Leonard resigned as a director
of Novagen Ingenium Inc. (the Registrant). Mr.
Leonard advised the Registrant that he was resigning for personal
reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Registrant
or its management.
