Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the Company) issued a press release (the Press
Release) discussing financial results for the year ended December
31, 2016, and affirming adjusted non-GAAP earnings guidance for
2017 in the range of $3.30 to $3.50 per diluted share. Assumptions
concerning the earnings guidance for 2017 can be found in the Press
Release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference.
