Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the Company) issued a press release (the Press
Release) discussing financial results for the quarter ended March
31, 2017, and reaffirmed its 2017 adjusted non-GAAP earnings
guidance range of $3.30 – $3.50 per diluted share. Assumptions
concerning the earnings guidance for 2017 can be found in the Press
Release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference.
