On August 2, 2017, the Board of Directors of NeuLion, Inc. (the “Company”) increased its size to 10 persons and appointed Edward G. Goren to fill the vacancy created by the increase in the size of the board. Mr. Goren, 73, is currently the President of Goren Media Group. On the same date, the Company issued a press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the appointment.
