Item 5.03. Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws.
Investment Corp. (the Company) approved an amendment to the
Companys Amended and Restated Bylaws (the Bylaws) to provide
stockholders the right to amend the Bylaws with a majority vote
of all shares outstanding and entitled to vote on the matter. The
Board of Directors retained the concurrent right to amend the
Bylaws with the affirmative vote of a majority of the directors
then in office.
