On June 2, 2017, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release
its second quarter 2017 financial results on Thursday,August 3,
2017 after the market closes.The Company will conduct an investor
conference call at 10:00a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday August
4, 2017, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on
