Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January25, 2019, Moog Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing results of operations for the quarter ended December29, 2018. A copy of the press release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this report.

On January25, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.25 per share on the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 4, 2019 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2019. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 of this report.
