The Company announced on Monday, July17, 2017, that Craig Hoyle, 63, Senior Vice President – Operations will retire from the Company, effective December31, 2017. The Company plans for its two Divisional Vice Presidents – Operations to report directly to its Chief Executive Officer.

The Company announced that, during the first quarter, it signed definitive agreements to acquire 20 stores within its existing markets that are expected to close in the second quarter and add approximately $13 million in annualized sales.
