announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $.17 per share for the fourth quarter of the Companys
2017 fiscal year, ending March25, 2017. The dividend will be
payable on March24, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March14,
2017, including shares of common stock to which the holders of
the Companys Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
