Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 27, 2019, Richard J. Schwab notified MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will be retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective on the date of the 2019 annual meeting. Mr. Schwab’s retirement was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Schwab has served on the Board since 2013.
