On September 11, 2017, Marcus A. Sylvester voluntarily submitted his resignation as Vice President of Sales, effective as of October 31, 2017. Until such date, Mr. Sylvester will continue to provide services to the Company, which should allow for an orderly transition of his responsibilities.
