On July 13, 2018, Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc., or the Company, filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, to which Article First of the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation was amended to reflect a change of the Company’s name from “Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc.” to “MICT, Inc.”, or the Name Change. The Name Change will take effect on July 16, 2018.
