On February 26, 2019, Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. On February 26, 2019, the Company is scheduled to conduct a conference call for the purpose of discussing its operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. In connection with that call, the Company posted a slide presentation to its website. The presentation discusses the Company’s operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the presentation is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
