On March7, 2018, Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company” or “Mellanox”) issued a press release regarding the filing of its preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March7, 2018 for an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. In connection with the filing of its preliminary proxy statement, the Company also announced that it anticipates holding its annual general meeting of shareholders (its “2018 AGM”) on July25, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
