On September 9, 2019, Medicine Man Technologies (the “Company”), a Nevada corporation, issued a press release announcing its entry into a binding term with SB Aurora LLC, SB Arapahoe LLC, SB Alameda LLC, and SB 44th LLC to which the Company will acquire four dispensaries (the “Acquisition”).
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company previously disclosed the Acquisition in a current report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on September 6, 2019.
