Item 7.01. Regulation FD.

On September13, 2018, MCBC Holdings,Inc. (the “Company”), hosted an analyst day and facility tour at its headquarters in Vonore, TN. During this event, in response to questions from an analyst, a Company official inadvertently disclosed information not previously publically disclosed by the Company. Specifically, the Company official indicated that, based on internal estimates, fiscal 2019 year-to-date dealer warranty registration has increased approximately 20% compared to the prior year period.
