On March 11, 2019, Dr. Linda Ferrell tendered her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Mannatech, Incorporated, (“Mannatech”), effective March 31, 2019. Her decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with Mannatech.
J. Stanley Fredrick, Mannatech’s Chairman of the Board, said, “With her strong background, Dr. Linda Ferrell was able to provide a unique perspective on marketing and business ethics in our channel. We thank her for her contributions to the Board.”
