Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 27, 2017, MagneGas Corporation (“Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will presenting at the 10th Annual LD Micro Main Event on Wednesday, December 6th at 5:00 PM PST at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. Scott Mahoney, CFO of MagneGas will be presenting, as well as meeting with investors. The LD Micro Main Event is the largest independent conference for small/micro-cap companies and will feature 250 names presenting to an audience of over 1,000 attendees. In addition, there will be a variety of speakers/panelists discussing topics of interest to investors and issuers, along with coordinate evening events.

MagneGas Corporation is an alternative energy company. The Company creates and produces hydrogen-based alternative fuel through the gasification of carbon-rich liquids, including certain liquids and liquid wastes. The Company is also developing the use of fuel for co-combustion with hydrocarbon fuels to reduce emissions. The Company also markets, for sale or licensure, its plasma arc technology for the processing of liquid waste (the Plasma Arc Flow System).
