issued a press release providing an update on its SMB business
unit. In connection with the new direction of the SMB business
unit, Keith Reed, General Manager and Senior Vice President of
Enterprise, will depart the Company effective February 3, 2017.
Under the terms of the Executive Employment Agreement that the
Company entered into with Mr. Reed, effective as of December 1,
2015, Mr. Reed will not receive any severance payment or
accelerated vesting of his options as a result of his departure
from the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is
incorporated herein by reference.
