On June 28, 2017, Jennifer Alfaro, Chief Human Resources Officers of LMI Aerospace, Inc. (the “Company”), submitted her resignation to the Company, effective August 1, 2017, to pursue other opportunities. Mrs. Alfaro’s resignation is to the change in control provision in her previously disclosed employment agreement.
