(the “Company”) prepaid $400,000,000 in principal amount of its $2.0 billion term loan B facility, together with accrued and unpaid interest with respect to such principal amount, to the terms of that certain Credit and Guarantee Agreement dated December 8, 2016 among the Company, as borrower, the guarantors referred to therein, the lenders party thereto from time to time, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and the other agents party thereto.
